Lumen's Coworking Space

Coworking lounge with oak-paneled walls, built-in bookshelves, and a mix of seating. In the foreground, caramel-colored lounge chairs and a dark gray sofa sit around low round tables on striped rugs. Toward the back, communal tables and banquette seating are arranged under a ceiling installation edged with greenery. Along the right side, large black-framed glass panels enclose private conference rooms.

Designed to Inspire

Layered with warm wood paneling, custom shelving, and curated art, Lumen's thoughtful co-working lounge carries the quiet polish of a library. A charcoal sofa anchors the front lounge, framed by caramel velvet chairs and striped rugs that add suble character. Art is neatly lit against the paneling, while the shelves layer in books and objects that soften the architecture.

Moving further in, the room transitions into tailored work zones. Communal tables with sculptural bases, banquette alcoves, and lounge seating provide a spectrum of settings, from discreet focus to quiet collaboration. Along the perimeter, enclosed conference rooms offer a quieter, more focused option—spaces you can step into for calls, team meetings, or simply to shut the door and work without interruption.

Overhead, a ceiling installation edged in greenery adds a sense of freshness while keeping the geometry clean and architectural. The space works almost subliminally to support productivity—keeping your mood light, your mind engaged, and the environment refined enough to enjoy lingering in long after the work is done.

Whether your day calls for quiet focus or discreet conversations, enjoy the the ease of working in a space that’s been designed with intent.
